Marshall Terrace Real Estate Market
Homes in the Marshall Terrace real estate market contain a blend of architectural styles from several eras. Although 44 percent of them were built in 1939 or earlier, another good portion of them hail from 1940 through 1999. About 14 percent of the homes are contemporary, built between 2000 and today. Most of the garages are set behind the homes with a system of alleyways to access them. Streets are tree-lined and shady.
