Not too long ago, late-night fare in Minneapolis consisted of greasy pizza after a night out. Things change, thankfully, and today you can find an amazing array of late-night snacks to quench any craving.

The city has taken the old late-night cuisine options and improved their game; the late-night food scene is now at a new level. Whether you want sushi, organic or even breakfast favorites, here is a look at some places to get your late night munchy cravings cured in Minneapolis.

Chino Latino – 2916 Hennepin Avenue

Check out Chino Latino where you can get favorites like the ghoulish French toast of the dead served with rum caramel syrup, their Mexican pizza or donkey punch cocktails. They serve this fun menu from 10:30pm to midnight on Sundays through Thursdays at a great price.

Haute Dish – 119 Washington Avenue North

Steak and eggs is the favorite late-night snack at Haute Dish. Located in the North Loop, Haute Dish offers a warm and inviting atmosphere to guests. The steak tartare and egg in a hole with a Bloody Mary that is part oyster is an amazing late-night snack option. The Tater Tot Haute is served as braised short ribs with potato croquets. Their full menu is served all week until midnight and then goes until 1am on Fridays and Saturdays.

Why not enjoy a late-night sushi treat? Wakame’s late night happy hour offers a mix of nigiri, apps and maki rolls at great prices from 9:30pm until midnight. You can get fresh, classic, high-quality sushi at under $5.

Barbette is the place to get organic, locally-produced ingredients with great-tasting dishes. Late-night options include small plates and decadent entrees like the Royale with Cheese and Steak au Poivre.
