Surly Brewing is more than just a place for beer. They provide event space, a restaurant and plenty more. Here's what you can expect when you spend time at Surly Brewing.

Beer Hall & Restaurant

Open from 11am to 11pm Sunday through Thursday and from 11am to 12am on Fridays and Saturdays, the beer hall and restaurant is the perfect place to enjoy a pint and a meal. They have 20 great beers on tap, a full menu of food and plenty of rotating taps. The beer pours are either 8 ounces or 16 ounces with 10 ounce pours for specialty beers. Prices range from $3 to $5 for each beer on tap.

The food isn't why you will come, but it might be what keeps you here longer. The beer is the main focus, but the food is prepared by a talented chef. You can enjoy food specifically made to pair well with the many beers on tap. Bring the kids and they can enjoy the coloring-ready kids' menu.

Brewer's Table

The brewer's table is a special spot for a more fine dining experience. You may need a reservation, but when you choose to dine here, you will enjoy great food with excellent beer pairings. If you want to enjoy the most amazing experience, this is the pace to go.

The brewery also allows for private tours every day of the week at 1pm, 3pm and 5pm, except on Mondays. Tours provide a look at how the beer is made and the entire facility. The cost is just $4 per person, which includes four samples of great beer. It will take about an hour and you do have to be at least 12 years of age with an adult to tour. Those 21 and over can enjoy the samples.

Event Space

Surly Brewing provides an interesting spot for your next event. With Scheid Hall and The Boardroom both available for your event, you can enjoy great beer and a full service restaurant taking care of your guests.

Scheid Hall seats up to 175 guests and overlooks the new brewery. The Boardroom seats up to 20 people and provides the perfect intimate spot for your next meeting or celebration.

The Minneapolis location with the Beer Hall & Restaurants is found at 520 Malcom Avenue SE. For more information about Surly Brewing, visit their website at, http://surlybrewing.com.
