What to expect
The restaurant is located at 528 University Avenue Southeast in Minneapolis. It’s easy to access next to Dunn Bros on the right hand corner and they will even valet park your car for you on Friday and Saturdays. Make a reservation or walk-in seven days a week starting at 5pm until 9pm or 10pm on Fridays and Saturdays. Parking is only available on the street or the small lot behind Dunn Brothers Coffee.
Try the three course tasting menus where you can select three dishes for $52 or try a la carte dining options. The food is local and seasonal with a high percentage of organic and local. It changes every 6-8 weeks to stay seasonal and fresh while still offering America cuisine and many different cooking traditions. All of the pastries, breads, sauces, stocks and more are crafted from scratch daily.
While the menu is constantly changings, expect options like grilled rye levain, asparagus dumplings, lamb rib eye & braise, crisp flatbread with fresh chickpeas and strawberry cream cake. Pair it with the perfect wine. You can also use their space that accommodates 60 seated or 80 standing guests for hors d’oeuvres, multi course tasting menus or family style dining.
