Café Lurcat is Minneapolis’ favorite place to hang out. It’s a restaurant and bar located next to Loring Park with a hip, urban vibe and award-winning food and wine. It’s the perfect blend of classic old world style and a Noveau twist with amazing cuisine and voguish design.

Stop in the lounge and bar for a cocktail and appetizer or have a romantic date night in the dining room. The restaurant offers a mix of sophistication yet casual, exceptional dishes yet your favorite comfort food. Here is a look at what you can enjoy at Café Lurcat.

About Café Lurcat

Café Lurcat features a café and bar in downtown Minneapolis serving American Cuisine. Located at 1624 Harmon Place in Minneapolis, it’s in a great location right next to Loring Park. You can stop in for dinner or drinks starting at 5pm daily and they close at 10pm on Monday through Thursday, 9pm on Sundays and 1am on Friday and Saturday.

The cuisine is a reflection of the New American food movement. Dishes are made to be classic, fresh, seasonal and artisanal in the preparations and choice of ingredients. Enjoy small plates for a lighter treat with drinks or when you’re relaxing with friends over a glass of wine.

There are two distinct menus, one being the chef-driven menu of sophisticated American comfort food and the casual “small plates” menus for happy hour, dinner or late night dining. Add a bottle or draft beer, handcrafted cocktail or see why they were voted the Best Wine Bar by City Pages.

Enjoy dinner items like salads, crab cakes, steaks, seafood, vegetable and more. Small plates include Lurcat Burgers, Mahi Mahi Fish Tacos and Artisan Cheese Plates. For dessert, indulge in a chocolate cream cake or warm cinnamon-sugar doughnuts.

Make your reservation for a fabulous date night at Café Lurcat or stop in for wine and small plates all night long.
