Minneapolis Public Schools (MPS), Special School District Number 1, is an enormous district that serves around 36,000 students and administers almost 100 schools. The Kris Lindahl Team understands that when shopping for a home, even homebuyers that aren’t parents should get to know the local school because its quality will have an impact on property values.

This month we’re featuring Thomas Edison High School, located in Minneapolis’ Northeast community, in the Holland neighborhood. The school serves 704 students in grades 9 through 12 with 62 full-time teachers which gives it a student-teacher ratio of about 11:1.
