While Minneapolis is full of unique and desirable neighborhoods, it’s hard to imagine a more attractive place to call home than Fulton. Acting as one of the most southwestern portions of Minneapolis, the Fulton neighborhood first and foremost offers new residents a quiet residential atmosphere without being too far away from the vibrant city center; but as you'll quickly find, there’s a whole lot more to Fulton than what you might initially expect.
Conveniently located at France & 50th is Fulton’s fabulous shopping district, which is also where you’ll find quite the variety of restaurants and eateries as well.
Outside of this tiny little village-like corridor, most of Fulton’s surrounding interior streets are low-key, tree-lined roadways that feature some of the most desirable single-family homes you’ll find anywhere in town. For home buyers with children, Fulton is also where you'll find a number of highly-touted local schools nearby, including Lake Harriet Elementary, Southwest Montessori School, Carondelet Catholic School, and Carondelet Catholic School. And with Lake Harriet, Edina Country Club, and several area parks also not far from most homes for sale in Fulton, the outdoor recreational opportunities here are also off the charts.
So what do you think, Fulton home owners? Does Fulton top the list of most desirable neighborhoods in Minneapolis? If not, we'd love to hear what you might think are some of the top choices for active home buyers to consider! Feel free to comment below...
