Units at the lavish new condo development dubbed De La Pointe are officially on the market, according to a new report out from the Minneapolis Business Journal. Although it doesn’t seem like it’s been that long, plans for the new project were first announced all the way back in 2015 but are only just now coming through the pipeline.
Prices for available condos at De La Pointe start at $1.25 for a half-floor unfinished space and $2.5 million for a finished space. There’s also a full floor unit with over 5,000 square feet that’s now available to buyers, which is currently listed for $4.5 million.
De La Pointe is located at 3041 Holmes Avenue and stands just 6 stories high, while the building is only comprised of just 9 units. Floor plans feature between two and three bedrooms, while building amenities include a fitness room, extra bike storage, and of course on-site parking.
The building was also expected to feature first floor restaurant, but that was inevitably scrapped and will now just have office space on the ground level.
