The Gateway MinneapolisPlans for a sleek new mixed-use tower were recently unveiled, which according to developers will bring 164 luxury apartments, 300 hotel rooms, and a world-class restaurant to the heart of downtown Minneapolis. United Properties, along with its partners, JMI Realty and Greystar, are behind this impressive new project, which is being called The Gateway.

As of now, The Gateway is still in the review and approval process with the City of Minneapolis, so nothing has been made official just yet.
